How many times should I meet with you per week?

At your free consultation we will discuss your goals and your current physical condition and that will determine how many sessions per week are needed.

Schedule and What to Expect

Available Monday-Friday 5am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 6pm makes it easy for you to find a time that best fits your schedule and lifestyle. All equipment is included for the duration of the workout. If you have some exercise equipment already we will be happy to incorporate it into your program design. Stability and medicine balls, dumbbells, versa bars, resistance bands, and other specialized equipment will be used to provide you with and excellent workout.

Nutrition is a very important part of your overall fitness goal and is included in your program at no additional charge. Nutrition can help burn excess fat and improve lean muscle growth.

Sculpted Trainers are certified in fitness nutrition and will design a customized meal plan to fit your fitness goals as well as your lifestyle. With the help of Diet Masters meal and exercise logging we will come up with meal solutions to fit your everyday needs, whether your on the go or stay at home. Changing your lifestyle and way that you look at food is a process and we are there to help support you whenever you need us.

Measurements, body fat, and pictures will be taken on the first session and periodically through the duration of your training. Each training session will be 60 minutes. At the consultation you will be advised as to how many sessions per week you will need to reach your goal. Check out the packages available.
